2006 (Cross Country): Competed in four meets, including the WAC Championship which she recorded a season-best 5K time of 21:57.2.

2006 (Track): Personal best time of 12.68 seconds in the 100m at the CSULA Twilight Open...finished 10th in the 400m at the WAC Outdoor Championship...personal best indoor mark of 26.47 in the 200m at the UW Open #2...named to academic all-WAC team.

2005 (Cross Country): Recorded two Top 25 finishes...competed in all six meets...finished 18th at the Chaminade Invitational (21:58) and 23rd at the BYU-Hawai'i Invitational (22:25)...also competed at the WAC Championships, placing 60th (22:00).

2005 (Track): Set personal best in the 800m (2:17.00) at the Northridge Open...recorded team's third fastest 400m mark (58.03) at the All-Comers #7...member of school record breaking 4x800 relay team (9:01.82) set at the Long Beach Invitational...posted a UH all-time ranked result in the 300m (41.56), 600m (1:36.39) and 1000m (3:04.42)...broke the school's indoor 600m record (1:39.94) at the Washington Open #3...member of school's 4x400m indoor record breaking relay team, which set the mark (3:53.92) at the WAC Championships...named to the all-WAC academic team.

2004 (Cross Country): Captured two top-20 finishes at the BYU-Hawai`i Invitational (21:38) and the Chaminade Invitational (22:55).

2004 (Track): Set new UH record in 200m hurdles (28.61) at UH Sunrise Meet 2...member of 4x100m (50.17) and 4x400m (3:52.88) relay teams at WAC Championships in Houston, Texas...posted top UH indoor times in 60m (8.04) and 400m (58.28) at University of Washington Invitational...named Academic All-WAC.

Prep:  A 2003 graduate of Valley Christian High School in San Jose, Calif...2003 CCS 400m champion, third in 200m, and 13th in the 400m at the California State High School Championships ...school's 2002 and 2003 Outstanding Female Athlete...holds five school records in the 400m, 200m, 100m, 4x400m, and 4x100m.
