Biography

2009-10: An all-PCCSC crew selection for both women and coed…sailed in nine coed and three women’s regattas…took third in A division at the Stoney Burke Intersectional (Oct. 10-11) helping UH capture first overall…helped team take second at the St. Francis Invitational (Apr. 3-4)… part of UH Rain squad that finished fourth overall at the Peter Wenner Rainbow Invite (Jan. 16-17) …sailed on the B team at the Bryson Women’s Intersectional taking second place…. part of the squad that helped UH qualify for the dinghy nationals with a fourth-place finish in the PCCSC Dinghy Championship (April 17-18)….sailed in B division as UH finished third in the PCCSC Women’s Championship (Apr. 24-25) and qualified for the women’s nationals for the 11th time in the last 13 years….helped lead UH to a second place finish in the PCCSC Team Racing Championships and the program’s first berth in the team nationals since 2005 …part of ICSA Team Race Championship squad that took 11th overall…sailed in the A division in the ICSA Dinghy National Championship Semifinals (May 1-2) as UH placed 13th overall.


2008-09: Sailed in nine regattas, two women’s and seven coed…helped UH finish runner-up at the PCCSC Dinghy Championship (Apr. 11-12) by placing third in B division…participated in both coed and women’s ICSA National Championship Semifinals, helping the squads finish 14th in the coed division (Apr. 26-27) and 10th in women’s (May 25).

2007-08: Sailed in seven women’s regattas... Participated in two fall regattas helping UH to runner-up finishes at the Bryson’s Women Intersectional (Sept. 29-30) and PCCSC Fall Championship (Nov. 17-18)...helped UH capture the women’s division of the Rainbow Invite (Jan. 19-20)...part of the team that finished runner-up at the PCCSC Women’s Championship (Apr. 19-20) in Honolulu, qualifying UH for the nationals for the ninth time in 11 years...crew member of the squad that finished 15th at the ICSA Women’s National Championship.

2006-07: Sailed in six spring regattas, including two coed and four women’s events...both coed events were team races, the Bob Bavier Team Race (Feb. 24-25) and the PCCSC Team Race Championship (Apr. 27)...sailed in A division twice and B division twice during the four women’s events she competed in.
Prep: A 2006 graduate of Calvary Chapel High School in Coast Mesa, Calif...earned two varsity letters in sailing...also a member of the surf team.
Personal: Born in Newport Beach, Calif... majoring in kinesiology and leisure science... has one brother...parents are Kathy and Gary Baldwin of Westminster, Calif.
