Tim Bross enters his first season as an administrative assistant for the Rainbow Warrior basketball team. Bross will provide administrative support to the program and will assist with film exchange, filming of practices, and the creation and distribution of recruiting and camp mail outs. Bross will also lead the team’s community outreach efforts including the coordination of a school literacy campaign and assistance with “Give Back Hawai`i”, head coach Gib Arnold’s community service initiative.
 
Bross comes to UH from Hawaii Pacific University where he served the past two seasons as a graduate assistant for the Sharks men’s basketball team.
He assisted HPU in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, scheduling and film breakdown and presentation. He was also responsible for coordinating the strength and conditioning program.
 
Prior to joining the college ranks, Bross coached boys’ basketball at Waianae High School. He also started the boys’ basketball program at Waianae Intermediate School in addition to coordinating a variety of interscholastic sports leagues for community youth.
 
Bross graduated from Gonzaga University with a double major in journalism and political science. The Washington native earned a master’s in secondary education from Hawaii Pacific University. He resides in Honolulu with his wife Crista.
