Shane Swift is in his fourth season with the Rainbow Warriors staff and first as an administrative assistant. Swift spent the previous three years as a team manager.
Swift assists with all team video, including practice, game and scout film. He also provides support with scouting reports, travel coordination and other administrative tasks.
In his previous three seasons as a team manager, Swift worked on practice and game-day operations, travel, equipment, and video. He was part of the team that captured the 2015-16 Big West title and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
Swift also served as an assistant coach for the Rocky Mountain Fever AAU team in his native Colorado.
Originally from Fort Collins, Colo., Swift graduated from UH Manoa in the spring of 2018 with a degree in economics and a minor in political science.
