Cullen Neal joined the Rainbow Warrior staff as an assistant coach in August 2024.

COACHING HIGHLIGHTS
  • Named to the Silver Wave Media’s 2024100 Rising Stars: Men’s Mid Major Assistant List
  • As a staff member, helped Rice to a postseason appearance in the 2023 CBI.
  • In his second season with Rice, helped propel Mekhi Mason, Travis Evee, and Alem Huseinovic to career seasons.
  • Focused on player development as a graduate assistant at Nevada, working directly with Kenan Blackshear, Will Baker, and Warren Washington, who all earned All-Mountain West honors.

PLAYING HIGHLIGHTS
  • As a player, scored more than 1,000 career points during his collegiate career. 
  • Played at three different schools, competing in the postseason at each of them.
  • Part of two programs in New Mexico and Saint Mary’s that finished the season ranked in the Top 25.
  • Part of a New Mexico squad that won the 2013 Mountain West title.
  • A top 150 recruit and a Parade All-American out of high school.
  • Spent two years playing professionally in Poland and Germany, averaging 15.4 points and 3.2 assists over his two seasons
