SERIES INFORMATION
  • Nevada leads the series 13-9.
  • Nevada has won six of the last seven meetings.
  • UH is 1-8 all-time in Reno and has lost the last five times in Reno. UH’s lone win in Reno was in 2007 (28-26).
 
STREAKS/TRENDS
  • Senior tackle Dejon Allen, who saw his team-high streak of 42 straight starts come to a close after sitting out the Colorado State game due to injury, was back in the starting lineup.
  • Senior safety Trayvon Henderson made his 33rd straight start, now the longest starting streak on the team. 
  • UH has turned the ball over at least once in 28 of the last 29 games.
  • When Eperone Moananu blocked a Nevada field goal in the third quarter, it marked UH’s fourth blocked field goal in six games this season, and Moananu’s first career block.
  • UH has dropped 32 of its last 34 games on national television.
          
TEAM NOTES
  • UH has started 0-3 in conference in four of six seasons in the MW.
  • UH is 8-35 in the Mountain West regular season games, including 4-18 on the road.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
  • Diocemy Saint Juste rushed for a career-high 241 yards, surpassing his previous career high of 205 yards, also against Nevada (2016). It is the fifth-best single-game rushing total in program history.
  • Saint Juste carried the ball 25 times for his fourth performance over 100 yards this season and the ninth of his career.
  • It was Saint Juste’s sixth 100-yard game in the last eight contests, dating back to last year. 
  • Saint Juste surpassed 200 yards rushing for the third time in his career, a program first at Hawai‘i – one of just five active players in FBS to have three or more such games.
  • With 250 all-purpose yards, Saint Juste became the second UH player with 250+ all-purpose yards in a game this season (Ursua, 272 at UMass).
  • Saint Juste has at least one reception in four consecutive games.
  • Saint Juste now has 2,387 career rushing yards and moved past Travis Sims into No. 3 on the all-time UH rushing list.
  • Saint Juste has scored in four of six games this year after his 75-yard run that pulled UH within 28-21 late in the third quarter. 
  • John Ursua recorded the fifth 100-yard game of his career after finishing with nine catches for 126 yards and a touchdown.
  • Ursua, who scored on a 10-yard pass from Dru Brown in the first quarter, has scored a touchdown in each of the five games he has appeared in this year.
  • Freshman Kade Greeley made his first career start and finished with a 42-yard touchdown catch on his only reception of the game.
  • Greeley’s scoring reception is the second of his career and he has scored in consecutive games.
