SERIES INFORMATION
  • CSU leads the series 15-9. Hawaii still leads the series 7-6 in Honolulu.
  • CSU has won seven straight games in the series and 10 of the last 11.
  • CSU has won the last three meetings in Honolulu.
  • Since UH joined the Mountain West in 2012, the Rams have won all four league contests with wins in 2012, ’13, ’14, and ’17.
  • UH’s last win in the series occurred in 1992 in Honolulu (24-13) during its WAC championship season, which is also the last time the teams met in the month of September.
  • UH hasn’t scored 30 or more points against CSU since a 1988 win. On the other side, the Rams have scored more than 30 in each of the last five games.

STREAKS/TRENDS
  • UH has lost four straight MW home games dating back to last year. UH’s last MW home win came against Nevada in its 2016 MW home opener.
  • Senior tackle Dejon Allen saw his team-high streak of 42 straight starts, come to a close after sitting out the game due to injury.
  • Senior safety Trayvon Henderson made his 32nd straight start, now the longest starting streak on the team. 
  • UH has turned the ball over at least once in 27 of the last 28 games.
          
TEAM NOTES
  • UH has started 0-2 in conference in four of six seasons in the MW.
  • UH moved to 8-34 in the Mountain West regular season games, including 4-17 at home.
  • Colorado State’s 610 yards of total offense were the most UH has surrendered this year and the most since California had 630 yards in UH’s 2016 opener.  
  • Michael Gallup’s 76-yard reception from Nick Stevens in the second quarter was the longest play from scrimmage UH has surrendered this year.
  • Gallup finished with 212 yards receiving on eight catches, the fourth-most ever receiving yards by an opposing receiver and most since New Mexico State’s Chris Williams had 221 in 2008.
INDIVIDUAL NOTES
  • Diocemy Saint Juste finished with 97 rushing yards on 18 carries, falling just shy of tying the school record for consecutive 100-yard games (4).
  • Saint Juste now has 2,243 career rushing yards and tonight moved past Larry Sherrer and Joey Iosefa into No. 4 on the all-time UH career rushing list.
  • Saint Juste has scored in four of five games this year after his 1-yard run in the second quarter. 
  • Jahlani Tavai finished with at least 10 tackles for the fourth time in five games this season, tying his career high with 14 stops.
  • Dru Brown finished with his second 300-yard game of the season and fourth of his career after finishing with 362 yards and two touchdowns on career highs of 31 completions and 47 attempts.
  • For the second straight week, Brown set new career highs for completions (31) and attempts (47).
  • John Ursua, who scored on a 22-yard pass from Brown in the fourth quarter, has scored a touchdown in each of the four games he has appeared in this year.
  • Freshman tight end Kade Greeley scored his first career touchdown on 30-yard pass from Brown in the third quarter.  
  • Ammon Barker set a new career high with 93 yards receiving and reached a new receptions career high with eight catches.
  • Senior Matt Norman made his first career start, lining up at right tackle.
