(Chaminade) came in here and gave everything they had and tried to beat us. They wanted state bragging rights and came out and shot lights out in the first half. To our credit our guys came out after the break and righted the ship, played good defense and rebounded.

 

When Rod plays well, especially with Petras out and he’s our interior guy, and we have to rely on Rod and he came out in the 2^nd half, needed to deliver and he did.

 

We knew they shot a lot of threes and we have to get out and contest it and they shot nine threes in the first half. I thought the smaller lineup helped us get out on their shooters. You have to give credit to Chaminade, they busted their butts off and nearly pulled out the win.
