Biography

2010-11: Redshirted.

Prep: A 2010 graduate of Mililani High School in Mililani, O‘ahu…lettered one year in volleyball and four years in golf…a three-time OIA first team selection…placed third in the 2007 and 2009 OIA championships, and placed second in 2010…won 13 of 17 OIA West tournaments throughout her high school career…in 2009, competed in the Callaway Junior World Golf Championships in San Diego, Calif. where she tied for 42nd, and tied for eighth at the AJGA Heather Farr Qualifier…in 2008, was the only Hawai‘i golfer to compete in the College Golf Combine in Burbank, Calif. and was named West All-Combine Skills second team…also winner of the 2008 Hawai‘i State Junior Golf Tour Series at Kalihi…valedictorian and member of the National Honors Society.
 
Personal: Born in Honolulu, O‘ahu…major is undecided…has one younger brother…parents are Derek and Mary Jane Shigesato of Mililani, O‘ahu.
