2009-10 (Senior): Named all-WAC first team in singles… garnered all-WAC honors all four years at UH, only the second player in school history to do so...selected to all-WAC first team in doubles with partner Philipp Eberhard… ranked as high as No. 75 in the nation in doubles with Eberhard…preseason ranking of No. 119 in singles by the ITA…also named WAC Player of the Week after helping UH clinch the regular season title with win over No. 70 Idaho... finished with a 13-6 singles mark, including a perfect 5-0 in WAC play... played exclusively at the No. 2 position...1-2 against ranked opponents, including a win over then- No. 66 Simon Childs of Louisville... finished with a 5-13 record in doubles, playing primarily at the No. 1 court...upset then-No. 19 Remi Boutilleir and Rikus de Villiers of Fresno State on April 3…male recipient of the 2010 Jack Bonham Award, the most prestigious honor for a UH student-athlete)...all-WAC academic.
2008-09 (Junior): Gained all-WAC mention for the third straight season, earning second-team honors in singles...No. 76 in the ITA preseason rankings...finished the year 11-10 overall and 9-7 in dual matches...played majority of matches at the No. 2 and 3 positions...went 2-6 at the No. 2 court and a perfect 6-0 at the No. 3 court...defeated players from ranked teams California (24), San Diego State (57), USC (7), Fresno State (40) and Oklahoma State (20)....went 1-5 versus ranked singles players...sole victory against ranked opponent came against No. 84 Abdullah Magdas of USC (Apr. 14) in a three-set super-tiebreaker...clinched UH’s first-ever NCAA Tournament victory with a three-set win over Nathan Byrnes of No. 20 Oklahoma State...went 9-16 overall and 7-12 in dual matches during double play...played 15 of 19 matches at the No. 2 court, going 7-8.
2007-08 (Sophomore): Named to the all-Western Athletic Conference second team in singles...achieved the school's highest ever singles ranking in the ITA singles rankings at No. 25 in January...posted a 16-4 overall singles record...went 14-3 in dual matches at the No. 1, 2 and 3 positions...went 2-0 at No. 1, 6-3 at No. 2, and a perfect 6-0 at No. 3...concluded the season winning six straight matches, 12 of his final 14...during dual match play, wins included those over players from No. 61 Stanford, No. 13 Alabama, No. 49 Fresno State, No. 33 Arkansas, No. 48 San Diego State, No. 66 UC Irvine, and No. 32 Boise State...teamed with Sascha Heinemann to go 9-11 in doubles play, 9-10 at the No. 1 position... named to the all-WAC first team in doubles...qualified at the USTA Honolulu Futures...named to the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-Distict VIII Men's At-Large Second Team.
2006-07 (Freshman): Selected Western Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year and to the all-WAC first team...also named ITA West Region Rookie of the Year... became the first Rainbow Warrior in program history to earn a spot in the NCAA Singles Championship...dropped heart-breaking match to Arkansas' Blake Strode, 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 (10-8) in the NCAA opening round in Athens, Ga...spent eight weeks in the FILA/ITA singles rankings...became the first UH player ever to earn a preseason ranking and achieved the school's highest ever singles ranking at No. 37 in January...posted a team-best 24-7 overall record...went 15-2 in dual matches, including wins in each of his first nine matches...went 9-2 at No. 1 and a perfect 6-0 at No. 2...advanced to the semifinals of the ITA/Northwest Regionals ....during dual match play, wins included those over players from No. 10 Stanford, No. 32 Tulsa, No. 75 Santa Clara, No. 59 St. Mary's, No. 22 Michigan, No. 28 Texas A&M, No. 27 Washington and No. 38 California...named the WAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week for March 19-25, which included a win over No. 20 Pierre Mouillon of California in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2...teamed with Sascha Heinemann at the No. 1 position to go 6-10 in doubles play...named to the all-WAC second team in doubles.
