• Appeared in eight of the final nine games after being sidelined at the beginning of the season.
• Finished with 22 tackles, one pass breakup and a fumble recovery.
• Had a season-high six tackles in UH’s win over Nevada.
• Also returned a fumble 22 yards versus the Wolf Pack.
• Earned academic All-Mountain West honors.

2023:

• Started in all 12 games he appeared in at defensive back.
• Fourth on the team with 44 tackles, including three for loss.
• Also recorded 0.5 sack, one pass breakup, and one quarterback hurry.
• Scored a touchdown on a 32-yard fumble recovery to key a home upset of Air Force.
• Amassed a season-high nine tackles against San Diego State.
• Had six or more tackles in four games.

• Appeared in 10 games with four starts at safety.
• Fourth on the team with 53 total tackles.
• Tied for second on the team in tackles-for-loss (5.5). 
• Also had 1.5 sacks, three pass breakups and one quarterback hurry. 
• Registered 27 total tackles over the final three games of the season, including a season-high 10 tackles in UH’s win over UNLV.
• Had eight or more tackles in four games.
• Earned academic all-Mountain West honors.

• Spent the last two seasons at University of Washington. 
• Appeared in the final 10  games of the 2021 season.
• Played primarily on special teams.

• A 2020 graduate of  ‘Iolani High School in Honolulu.
• Played at both linebacker and safety.
• A member of the ‘Iolani team that made the state’s Division I championship game in 2019.
• A two-time all-state linebacker, including first-team honors in 2019.
• Named the defensive MVP of the 2020 Polynesian Bowl where he registered eight tackles and two interceptions. 
• Also played basketball at 'Iolani.
• An honor student and recipient of the Father Bray Award.

• Father Meki played football at the University of Washington.
• Parents are Meki Pei and Angelo Correa Pei of Honolulu, O'ahu.
