Competed in 11 singles matches and 15 doubles matches in her first season as a Rainbow Wahine
In singles, attained a 3-4 record at the No. 4, 5, and 6 courts
In doubles, recorded an overall 5-6 record with a 4-1 mark playing at the No. 3 court
Primarily played doubles with partner Rebecca Ehn, resulting in a 2-3 record at the No. 2 and 3 courts. Went 1-2 with Melounova at the No. 1 court and 2-1 with Romain on the No. 3 court
Won her first singles game after a third set tiebreaker against UC San Diego’s Monica Stratakos on March 25, 7-5, 5-7, 10-2

Prior To UH:

Spent two seasons at the University of Kentucky
Redshirted during the 2019-20 campaign
Sported a 3-1 singles record in 2018-19 including a 1-1 mark at No. 4 and singles wins on courts Nos. 5 and 6
In her three victories, held her opponents to nine games total
In doubles, Merrill racked up a 6-10 mark competing mostly in the No. 3 post
