2021:

Finished eighth overall and set a personal record in the shot put at the Big West Championships (12.96m).
Set a personal record in the discus at the first meet of the season at the Ben Brown Invitational (38.74m).
Placed eighth in the shot put at the Fullerton Spring Invite.

2020:

Threw the shot put at three total meets.
Set a personal record at the Boise State Challenge, finished sixth overall.
Finished 28th overall at the MPSF Championships.
Earned UH Scholar-Athlete Award.

Prep:

Two-time Sunbelt League Champions (2017-18).
Finished seventh in the shot put and tenth in the discus at the 2019 CIF-Masters championship meet.
Finished third in the discus and fifth in the shot put at the 2019 CIF-Southern Section Division II championship meet.
Finished second in the discus and third in the shot put at the 2019 Sunbelt League Championships.
2018 CIF-SS D-II discus qualifier.
Finished ninth in the shot put at the 2017 CIF-SS D-II championships. Also qualified in the discus but did not make finals.
Also won a Sunbelt League championship in volleyball in 2018.
Also competed in water polo for three years.

Mother is Kim Lymon.
Has two older brothers, Q and Matt, and one younger brother, Ezra.
Chose Hawai'i because "I knew I was joining a program that was going to support and challenge me to do better."
