2019:
  • One of two Hawaii athletes to compete at the NCAA West Preliminary Round.
  • Made it to the quarterfinals of the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary Round.
  • Finished 23rd with a PR iat the NCAA West Preliminary Round with a time of 58.82.
  • At the Hornet Invitational, finished within the top five in all events competed in. Placed second in the 400m hurdles (1:00.85) and was a part of three 4th-place finishes in the 100m hurdles (14.22), long jump (5.82m (19’ 1.25”) and 4X400 (3.53.98).
  • At the Rainbow Relays, helped earn a top finish in the 4X400 (3:54.81) and finished first in the 400m hurdles (1:01.11). Also placed second in the 100m hurdles (14.39).
  • Recorded a time of 1:00.75 in the 400m hurdles enroute to a fourth-place finish at the Stanford Invitational.
  • Grabbed three top five finishes at the Triton Invitational, earning second place finishes in the 100m hurdles (PR, 14:04) and 400m hurdles (59.56). Jumped to a fourth-place finish in the long jump with a mark of 5.87m (19’ 3.25”).
  • At the Big West Outdoor Championships, produced three top five finishes, placing fourth in the 400m hurdles (58.83) and long jump (PR, 5.92m, 19’ 5.25”), while finishes fifth in the 100m hurdles (14.16).
  • Named academic All-Big West.
  • Competed in two indoor meets on the season.
  • Registered a 10th-place finish in the long jump (5.37m, 17 7.5”) and a 18th-place finish in the 60m (7.85) at the UW Invitational.
  • At the MPSF Indoor Championships, recorded two PRs in the 60m (34th, 7.81) and 400m (25th, 57.64). Also helped earn a 15th-place finish in the 4X400 with a time of 3:53.93.

2018:
  • Ran a season best in the 100m hurdles in 14.42 for 13th, while also competing in the long jump and 4x400m relay at the Big West Championships.
  • Took fourth in the 400m hurdles (1:03.27) and with the 4x400m relay team (3:57.22) at the Hornet Invitational to open the outdoor season.
  • Placed second in the 400m hurdles (1:03.33) and in the 4x100m relay (48.17) at the Rainbow Relays.
  • Season-best long jump distance of 5.66m (18’7”) came at the Steve Scott Invitational.
  • At the Big West Championships, set a season-best in the 400m hurdles in 1:00.56 in the finals to earn fourth.
  • Helped the 4x400m relay team clock in at 3:59.27 for seventh at the UW Preview.
  • Also ran in the 60m and 200m at the UW Invitational.
Prep:
  • A 2017 graduate of Crown Point High School in Crown Point, Indiana
  • Four-time All-Duneland Athletic Conference (DAC), All-Sectional, All-Regional and All-State (2014-17)
  • Named CPHS team MVP from 2014-17 and holds three school records at Crown Point
  • Earned 11 Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) state medals throughout her prep career, earning second in the 100m hurdles, third in the long jump and fourth in the 300m hurdles as a senior
  • 300m hurdles champion all four years at the DAC, Sectional and Regional levels, producing a career-best time of 44.23 seconds at the 2015 IHSAA Girls Portage Regional 2 meet
  • Three-year DAC and Sectional champion in the 100m hurdles and long jump, adding the Regional title in 2017
  • Finished second at the 2016 IHSAA Girls State Championships in the 100m hurdles as a junior, producing a career-best time of 14.24 seconds
  • Reached a personal-best long jump mark of 5.80m (19-0.5) at the 2017 Midwest Meet of Champions, finishing third
  • In prep Indoor competition, twice earned second in the 60m hurdles at the Hoosier State Relays, winning the event in 2017 with a career-best time of 8.76 seconds
  • Named an eight-time USATF All-American
  • Finished second in the 400m hurdles at the 2016 USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships with a career-best time of 60.66 seconds
  • Three-time USATF Junior Olympics performer
