Biography

2005-06 (Junior): Competed in all 11 tournaments while averaging 73 strokes per round...finished in the top ten three times...best finish and 54-hole total recorded at the John Burns Intercollegiate where he was tied for 7th and shot 205 (70-66-69).

2004-05 (Sophomore): One of only two Warriors to compete in all 11 tournaments...averaged 74.1 strokes per round...top finish was a tie for sixth place at the John Burns Intercollegiate...was the Warriors top finisher in the William H. Tucker Invitational, where he tied for 62nd and the John Burns Intercollegiate, where he had his lowest 54-hole total of the season (69-69-68=206)...qualified for the 2005 U.S. Open in Pinehurst, N.C...played in the 2005 French Open...qualified for the U.S. Ameteur Championships.

2003-04 (Freshman): Appeared in seven tournaments...tied for 13th at the UH Turtle Bay Intercollegiate with 223...best three-round total was 215 at John A. Burns Intercollegiate...best round was a two-under-par 70 at the 58th Western Intercollegiate and John A. Burns Intercollegiate...placed 34th in the WAC Championships.

Prep: A 2002 graduate of Lycee Toulouse Lautrec in Paris, France. 

Personal: Born Sept. 29, 1983 in Noumea, New Caledonia...majoring in business management...parents are Edmond and Sylviane Soero of Noumea, New Caledonia.
