Biography

2006-07: Sailed in two coed events...crewed the UH red team to a third place finish overall and in the A division at the Rainbow Invite (Jan. 20-21)...also helped UH finish fifth at the Jeremy McIntyre Team Race (Mar. 3-4).

2005-06: Participated in one regatta...finished third in the B division to help the UH red team capture the Rainbow Invite.

College: Attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn...a member of the Minnesota Sailing Club...crewed for current Rainbow and Minnesota native Eric Oppen.

Prep: A 2003 graduate of Orono High School in Orono, Minn...earned two letters in tennis and garnered all- conference honors.

Personal: Born Sept. 20, 1984, in Minneapolis, Minn...intends to major in nursing...has one younger sister, Alexandra...parents are Janet and Chuck Peterson of Wayzata, Minn.
