Mountain West Announces Women's Volleyball Conference Schedule

HONOLULU — Five home series headline the University of Hawai'i women's volleyball team's inaugural conference schedule as a member of the Mountain West.

The Mountain West announced the 2026 conference schedule on Wednesday and the Rainbow Wahine will play two-match series with each of the nine other teams in their debut season in the league. UH will play host to New Mexico, San Jose State, UNLV, Nevada and Air Force and will travel to Grand Canyon, Wyoming, UC Davis and UTEP.

The 'Bows will open the Mountain West season by playing host to New Mexico on Sept. 25 and 26 at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center. They'll alternate road and home series over the next five weeks before closing the home schedule with a four-match homestand against Nevada (Nov. 6-7) and Air Force (Nov. 13-14). UH closes the regular season at UTEP before heading to Las Vegas the Mountain West Volleyball Championship set for Nov. 24-25.

All of Hawai'i's women's volleyball conference matches will be available live on the new Mountain West subscription streaming platform.

UH's move will renew the program's series with New Mexico, San Jose State, UNLV, Nevada, Air Force, Wyoming and UTEP from their years as members of the Western Athletic Conference. The 'Bows' will extend their series with UC Davis with the Aggies also making the move from the Big West to the Mountain West.

UH's nonconference schedule will be announced at a later date.

Fans interested in purchasing season tickets can place a deposit for early seat selection by visiting UH's ticket page.  More information regarding public on-sale dates for season and individual game tickets will also be announced later.

UH head coach Robyn Ah Mow enters her 10th year leading the program with a roster that features four returning starters who each earned All-Big West honorable mention selections last season in setter Adrianna Arquette, libero Victoria Leyva, outside hitter Cha'lei Reid and middle blocker Mililana Sylvester. The 'Bows have signed six newcomers for the 2026 season, including transfer pin hitters Maëli Cormier and Panna Ratkai, who enrolled at UH for the spring semester.
