Men's Basketball Hosts Final Two Games With Big West Title On The Line

HONOLULU   The University of Hawai'i men's basketball team takes aim at a conference regular-season title when it hosts UC Riverside and Long Beach State in its final ever Big West home games this week. The 'Bows will take on the Highlanders on Thursday, March 5, followed by a Senior Night match-up with the Beach on Saturday, March 7. Both games tip at 7:00 p.m. at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.

UH is coming off a dramatic 87-85 road win at Cal State Fullerton punctuated by Dre Bullock's three-pointer at the buzzer. The win gave the 'Bows their first road sweep of the year and kept them in a tie with UC Irvine atop the Big West standings. A pair of home wins this week would give UH at minimum a share of the Big West title in its 14th and final season in the league. Six seniors will be making their final home appearances this week: Bullock, Hunter Erickson, Isaac Johnson,
Gytis Nemeikša, Harry Rouhliadeff and Yacine Toumi.
