HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i men's basketball team bolstered its roster with the addition of three transfers as head coach Eran Ganot announced the signings of Dre Bullock, Isaac Finlinson and Isaiah Kerr.
Bullock and Kerr are a pair of dynamic guards who strengthen the Rainbow Warriors backcourt. Bullock, a 6-6 guard, boasts five years of collegiate experience, including a 2024-25 campaign in which he averaged 12.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.4 steals for South Dakota. That included a 31-point explosion against eventual conference champions and NCAA Tournament team Omaha.
The 6-3 Kerr played the last two seasons at Chico State, including an outstanding 2024-25 campaign in which he earned first-team all-conference honors while helping lead the Wildcats to 24 wins and a berth into the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament.
Finlinson, meanwhile, comes to Manoa highly decorated. The 6-8 Utah native was named the 2024-25 NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball Player of the Year while averaging 18.7 points per game for a Snow College squad that went 32-2 on the season.

Spent three seasons at the DI level after starting his collegiate career in JUCO…averaged 12.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game this past season…scored double-figures 18 times for the Coyotes…poured in a career-high 31 points against eventual conference champions and NCAA Tournament team Omaha…prior to South Dakota, played at Niagara where he appeared in 32 games with nine starts in 2023-24…averaged 8.5 points and 3.0 rebounds, while shooting 54 percent from the field and 50 percent from beyond the arc…scored a then-career-high 26 points against against Quinnipiac…spent the 2022-23 season at Louisiana Tech, appearing in 29 games off the bench…attended Triton College and Angelina College before competing at the Division I level….named first team all-region while at Angelina.

Named the 2024-25 NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball Player of the Year for Snow College in Utah…also named the JUCO Jam Media National Player of the Year and the NABC Player of the Year for 2025…led the Badgers to a 32-2 record…led the team in scoring with 18.7 points per game on 52 percent shooting, while averaged 6.6 rebounds…scored 20+ points in 14 games, including three 30-point performances…scored in double figures in 30 of 34 games…averaged 22.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in the Region 18 Championship…named the Scenic West Athletic Conference Player of the Year and selected to the NJCAA DI Men's Basketball All-America First Team…in his first season at Snow, appeared in all 28 games in 2023-24, averaging 13.3 points and 4.6 rebounds on 53 percent shooting…spent first collegiate season at Utah Tech, redshirting in 2022-23…led Dixie High School to the 2020 4A State Championship title…averaged 21.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 2.0 steals as a high school senior.

Started all 29 games he appeared in as a sophomore at Chico State in 2024-25…averaged 13.2 points and 4.1 rebounds…scored double figures in 20 games, including four 20+ scoring performances…helped lead the Wildcats to 24 wins and the the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament…named to the All-CCAA First Team…appeared in all 30 games off the bench as a redshirt freshman in 2023-24…started his collegiate career at Montana, redshirting during the 2022-23 season…rated as a top-10 high school senior in California by Prep Hoops and the No. 2 combo guard in Northern California while leading Saint Francis High School to a 2021 CCS D2 title.
Ganot on Kerr: "Isaiah is a dynamic guard who can play multiple positions with his size and athletic ability. He's tough, plays with passion on both ends of the floor and is a winner having led Chico State to two straight NCAA appearances.
