FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — University of Hawai'i swimmer Karol Ostrowski competed in the 2025 NCAA Division I Swim and Dive Championships on Thursday at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center in Federal Way, Wash.
Ostrowski tied for 26th in the 50 free prelims with a time of 19.16 to cap off an outstanding season. He qualified the competition with the 27th fastest time in the nation, clocking in with a time of 18.99 at the SMU Invite where he set the site record at the Roberson & Lindley Aquatics Center for the 50 free.
The native of Strachoin, Poland finished with the second-fastest mark among swimmers from a school outside of a Power Four conference only behind Remi Fabiani of California Baptist.
Ostrowski is set to compete in the 100 free on Saturday, March 29 at 1:00 p.m. ET (7:00 a.m. HT) on the final day of competition at the NCAA Division I Swim and Dive Championships.
