SEATTLE, Wash.—University of Hawai'i women's tennis players Grete Gull and Sophie Rachor fell in the opening round of doubles in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's (ITA) Sectional Championships at the Lloyd Nordstrom Tennis Center in Seattle, Wash..
 
The Hawai'i duo faced Washington's Jermine Sherif and Reece Carter in the Round of 16. Gull and Rachor opened the first set strong, but fell by a break in the second to force a super tiebreaker which the Huskies held off the Rainbow Wahine, 1-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-5).
 
Gull and Rachor will play a consolation match on Friday at the Lloyd Nordstrom Tennis Center on the University of Washington campus.
