FRESNO, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i women's golf team completed the Fresno State Classic in a tie for 19^th place following Tuesday's final round at the Copper River Country Club.
 
The Rainbow Wahine carded a 927 total (300-318-309). Emiko Sverduk was UH's top finisher at 226 after a final round 76 which tied for 49^th place.
 
Colorado State captured the team title by four strokes over Cal Poly with an 867 total while CSU's Andrea Bergsdottir took medalist honors with a 4-under 212 total.
 
Also competing for the Rainbow Wahine were Jordyn Parr (78=231; t-75^th), Kellie Yamane (79=233; t-83^rd), Wendy Song (76=237; t-97^th), and Monica Johnson (90=276; 113^th).
 
UH will remain in Fresno, Calif., and will compete in a dual against Fresno State, Thursday, at Fort Washington Country Club. The format is match play.
