KĀ'ANAPALI, Maui – University of Hawai'i men's golfer
Tyler Ogawa carded a second straight even par 71 in the second round of the Kā'anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational Sunday at the Royal Kā'anapali Course.
The senior is currently tied for 64
th place at even par 142. His round included four birdies including on the first and 18
th holes.
Josh Hayashida posted the low round of the day for the Rainbow Warriors at 1-under 70 highlighted by an eagle on par-5 No. 6 hole. The junior is tied with Ogawa heading into Monday's final round.
Oklahoma extended its lead in the team standings and now lead by five strokes over Kansas. The Sooners have a 31-under 537 total followed by Kansas (542), North Florida (543), Indiana (543), and Colorado (544). OU's Jaxon Dowell maintains his lead in the individual standings at 13-under 129 followed by East Tennessee State's Kristian Bressum (131). A group of three golfers are three strokes back.

Dane Watanabe posted even par 71 and is 2-over 144 for the tournament and tied for 83
rd place.
Anson Cabello, who shot even par on Saturday, dropped back with an 82 and is in 118
th place at 153 while
James Whitworth shot 79 and is 119
th at 154.
