— The University of Hawai'i men's basketball team (10-8, 2-4) will round out its two-game road trip with a meeting versus UC San Diego on Saturday, Jan. 20. Tipoff is 4:00 p.m. PT/2:00 p.m. HT at LionTree Arena.
Both teams are coming off Thursday night losses. The Tritons (11-7, 5-1) started Big West play with a five-game win streak but lost 76-65 at UC Irvine in a showdown of first-place teams. The Rainbow Warriors, meanwhile, aim to salvage a road split after falling at Long Beach State 79-71 for just its second loss to the Beach in the last seven meetings.
