Nedd Named To NABC Honors Court

KANSAS CITY, Mo.  - The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced its 2022-23 NABC Honors Court, recognizing men's collegiate basketball student-athletes who excelled in academics during the past season with the University of Hawai'i's Zoar Nedd earning a spot.

It is the third straight year that Nedd has made the Honors Court. The native of Kapolei, O'ahu was enrolled in graduate studies in communications this past year after earning his undergraduate degree in the same field the year prior. Nedd gained the team's Top Scholar-Athlete Award and was also previously named to the Big West Commissioner's Honor Roll.

The NABC Honors Court highlights the talents and gifts that these men possess on the court and the hard work they exhibit in the classroom. In order to be named to the Honors Court, a student-athlete must meet a high standard of academic criteria. They must hold a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2022-23 academic year; be at least a junior in academic standing; and have been enrolled  at least one year at their current institution.
