RIVERSIDE, Calif.--The University of Hawai'i women's tennis team (1-4) embarks on its first roadtrip of the season. The Rainbow Wahine begin a three-match road swing through southern California starting with a conference match at UC Riverside on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 12:30 p.m. HT. Hawai'i will remain on the road for a pair of non-conference matches at San Diego State on Thursday, Feb. 16 and at San Diego on Saturday, Feb. 18.

NEWS & NOTES
- Hawai' fell to 1-4 overall after falling twice to Arizona this past week. On Friday, the Rainbow Wahine lost, 5-2 and on Saturday, the Rainbow Wahine who were shorthanded due to illness fall 6-1 with a doubles and two singles matches were forfeited due to illness.
- On Friday, the 'Bows won the doubles point with Anna Kern/Madison Kim winning on Court 3 and Rita Pinto/Klara Novakova clinching the point at No. 1 In singles, Ana Vilcek who was playing at No. 1 fought back after dropping the first set to win in three, 5-7, 6-3, 6-4. On Saturday, UH's lone point came from UH's Satsuki Takamura who was playing at No. 1. She rallied back to defeat UA's Reece Carter in a third set, super tie-breaker, 3-6, 6-4, 1-0(5)
- Overall, both Takamura and Vilcek lead the 'Bows with three singles wins apiece, while in doubles, Kim leads UH with three doubles wins--two coming with partner Anna Kern and one with Alexis Merrill.
