• This will be the fifth straight year that the teams meet in the regular-season. The 'Bows have won each of the previous four by double-digits.
• After dropping its first two games of the season, HPU has won five straight games, including a 56-51 home win over Fresno Pacific on Monday.
• First-year HPU head coach Jesse Nakanishi returns to Manoa after serving on Eran Ganot's staff at UH for three seasons as director of operations (2018-2021).
• UH is off to a 6-1 start for the first time since Eran Ganot's inaugural season in 2015-16.
• The Rainbow Warriors hit 14 three-pointers vs Central Arkansas and rank 27th in the NCAA in three-point field goal percentage at 38.8%
• Noel Coleman, who leads the team at 17.3 ppg, is 12 points from 1,000 in his collegiate career spanning five seasons at UH (4) and San Diego (1).
• Following its game versus Hawai'i Pacific, UH will take on 2023 NCAA Tournament team Nevada on Sunday, Dec. 17.
