COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – University of Hawai'i sophomore defensive back
Peter Manuma was selected as the Mountain West's Defensive Player of the Week after helping lead the Rainbow Warrior to a 27-13 victory over Air Force last Saturday.
The 'Ewa Beach, O'ahu native tallied a career-high 12 tackles (seven solo) along with his third interception of the season. His fourth-quarter pick marked the second straight game recording an interception and the fifth of his career. The 12 tackles were tied for the most by a Rainbow Warrior this season.
