Men's Basketball Closes Regular-Season Schedule At CSUN

The University of Hawai'i men's basketball team (15-10, 9-5 Big West) plays its final regular-season game of the season when it faces CSUN on Saturday, March 5. Tipoff is 7:00 p.m. PT/5:00 p.m. HT at the Matadome.

Following its 67-60 loss at UC Santa Barbara on Thursday, UH is now in a tie for third place in the Big West. In an incredibly tight race, the Rainbow Warriors could finish anywhere between second and sixth place in the league standings, pending Saturday's results. Long Beach State has already clinched at least a share of the Big West regular-season title by virtue of its win over UC Davis on Thursday.

UH seeks a season sweep of the Matadors (7-21, 3-12 Big West) who they defeated, 72-65, in Honolulu earlier this year. Following the game against CSUN, UH will head to Henderson, Nev., for the 2022 Hercules Tire Big West Championships, March 10-12, at the newly constructed Dollar Loan Center.
