SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif.—The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team (7-10, 1-2 Big West) wraps up its regular season with a pair of conference road matches. The Rainbow Warriors will take on Cal Poly (12-8, 3-0 BWC) on Friday April 19 at 9:00 a.m. HT followed by UC Santa Barbara on Sunday, April 21 at 11:00 a.m. HT.
 
The Rainbow Warriors are looking to finish strong. Hawai'i has their best record since going 8-12 in 2014. The Warriors are led by three players who have already notched double-digit wins in singles this season. Leading the way has been freshman Andre Ilagan who has a team-best 11-5 record—the last nine wins have come on the No. 1 court. Ilagan has won three of his last four matches for UH. Sophomores Blaz Seric and Lucas Labrunie both have recorded 10 singles wins. Seric, who earned the Big West's Athlete of the Week award on April 10, is currently on a team-best seven match win streak. In dual matches, Seric is 10-6. He is 10-2 playing on the No. 3 court. Labruine is 10-9 overall with a 6-7 playing at No. 2.
 
In doubles, Hawai'i's teams of Ilagan/Laburnie and Seric/Simao Telo Alves both have notched six wins apiece. Ilagan/Labruinie are 6-5 overall and 5-5 in dual matches playing their last 13 matches at No. 1. Seric and Alves  have been on a roll, recorded a 6-2 record playing on the No. 2 court.
