TEMPE, Ariz. – The University of Hawai'i men's golf team concluded its final tune-up for the Big West Conference Tournament with a 17
thplace finish at the ASU Thunderbird Invitational, Sunday at the Karsten Golf Course.
The Rainbow Warriors shot a final round 316 for a 916 total. Host Arizona State captured the team title (830), edging UNLV (831) by one stroke. The field included eight Top 50 ranked teams, including top-ranked Oklahoma State and No. 3 Oklahoma, who finished fourth and third, respectively.

UNLV's Shintaro Ban and Colorado's Yannik Paul shared medalist honors at 11-under 202 after each shot a final round 69.
UH will next compete in the Big West Championship, which runs April 29 to May 1 in Industry, Calif.
