IRVINE, Calif.—The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team (2-13, 1-2 Big West) concludes their three-match California road trip with a conference match at UC Irvine on Wednesday, April 11. The Rainbow Warriors and Anteaters will square off at 10:30 a.m. HT at the UCI Tennis Stadium in Irvine, Calif.
The 'Bows are looking to rebound after falling in their last two matches on the road at UC Santa Barbara and at Cal Poly.
Both
Lucas Labrunie and
Aleksa Lazarevic lead UH into the match with four singles wins apiece. LaBrunie is currently 4-9 overall while Lazarevic is 4-8. The fourth Rainbow Warriors with four wins this season is
Felix Albert who was unable to make the roadtrip due to illness.
The Anteaters are led in singles by Daniel Gealer who has a team-best 12-5 overall record. Luca Marquard is 12-11 and Sasha Krasnowv is 11-12 overall. In doubles, Vatsal Bajpai/Bruce Man-Son-Hing lead UCI in doubles with an 11-8 overall record.
