SIMI VALLEY, Calif. – University of Hawai'i sophomores
Justin Ngan and
Justin Arcano placed in the Top 25 of the Bill Cullum Invitational following Tuesday's final round at the Wood Ranch Golf Club.
Ngan shot a final round 73 to finish 1-under 215 for the tournament and a tie for 13
thplace. Arcano shot a blistering 4-under 68 to finish 2-over 218 and a tie for 24
thplace among a field of 100 golfers. Arcano posted five birdies and one bogey to finish one off his career low round.
As a team, the Rainbow Warriors placed 14
thwith a 896 total. Boise State captured the team total with a 843 total, eight strokes ahead of Cal State Fullerton (851). UC Santa Barbara (852), Grand Canyon (854), and Utah State (866) rounded out the Top 5.
Individually BSU's Brian Humphreys took medalist honors at 11-under 205 while UCSB's Zach Smith and UCLA's Bryan Wiyang Teoh tied for runner-up at 8-under 208.

UH will return to islands to host the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational, Oct. 28-30 on the North Shore of Kaua'i and the Kā'anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational, Nov. 2-4 in West Maui.
