KAPALUA, Maui – The University of Hawai'i women's golf team completed the 2017 Anuenue Spring Break Classic in 11
th place after Wednesday's third and final round Kapalua Resort's Bay Course.
The Rainbow Wahine posted a final round 306 for a three-round total of 918. No. 7 UCLA captured its second Anuenue title with a 12-under 852 total, 17 strokes clear of No. 4 Arizona State (869). No. 42 San Jose State finished third (877) followed by No. 33 Colorado (884) and No. 1 Stanford (887).
UCLA's Lilia Vu went wire-to-wire to win medalist honors with a tourney-record 12-under 204. ASU's Monica Vaughn was runner-up at 5-under 211 while San Jose State's My Leander finished third at 4-under 212.

Izzy Leung carded even par 72, the team's low score of the day, to finish 8-over 224 for the tournament and a tie for 22
nd place. Senior
Raquel Ek posted a 79 and tied for 39
th at 231 along with sophomore
Kaci Masuda, who shot 78. Senior
Daezsa Tomas carded a final round 77 and tied for 53
rd at 235 and freshman
Megan Ratcliffe completed her first Anuenue Classic in 64
th place at 239 after a final round 79.
Also competing for UH as individuals were senior
Kelli-Anne Katsuda (80-81-79=240/t-65
th) and junior
Lauren Kirkwood (82-84-79=245/t-78
th).
The Rainbow Wahine will next compete in the Silverado Showdown, April 9-11, in Napa, Calif.
