TEMPE, Ariz. – The University of Hawai'i men's golf team finished in 14
th place after Sunday's final round of the Thunderbird Invitational at the Karsten Golf Course.
The Rainbow Warriors carded a final round 298 to finish at 888. Host Arizona State captured the team title with an 811 total, easily out-distancing itself over the 16-team field. The Sun Devils won by 20 strokes over runner-up UNLV (831).
UH junior
Smart Kittirattanapaiboon shot a final even par 71 to finish the tournament at 1-over 214 and a tie for 37
th place. The Thailand native birdied four of his first five holes and finished with six birdies on the day and 14 for the tournament.
Sophomore
Cameron Kaneko was 3-over for his round and finished 6-over 219 for the tourney and a tie for 54

Cal's Collin Morikawa took medalist honors at 13-under 200, one stroke ahead of UNLV's Shintaro Ban and ASU's Chun An Yu.
Hawai'i will next compete in the Western Intercollegiate, April 8-9, in Santa Clara, Calif.
