MALUBU, Calif.—The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team will be competing at the 2017 Southwest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division I Regional Championship from October 19-23. Five Rainbow Warriors will be battling in the tourney—Felix Albert, Eric Kenneth, Lucas Labrunie, Blaz Seric, and Fabian Woehrl.
 
Over 8,000 men's and women's student-athletes from NCAA Divisions I, II, III, NAIA, Junior and Community Colleges will be competing acros 85 ITA Regional Championships across the country.
 
The singles and doubles champions from this regional event will earn an automatic berth to the 2017 Oracle ITA National Fall Championships which will be held at Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells, Calif. from November 1-5, 2017. The ITA Fall Championships are taking the place of the former ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships tourney.
