Live ScoringTEMPE, Ariz. – The University of Hawai'i women's golf team improved 27 strokes from Friday's first round with a 297 in Round 2 of the PING/ASU Invitational Saturday at the Karsten Golf Course.
The Rainbow Wahine remain in 14
th place with a 621 total. Junior
Izzy Leung led the way with a 2-under 70 and is currently tied for 40
th at 6-over 150. The Hong Kong native was 3-under over her final 11 holes of her round. Also at 150 is junior
Raquel Ek, who shot 1-over 73.
Third-ranked UCLA (568) continues to lead the tournament but saw its lead shrink to one stroke over No. 11 Arizona (569). Top-ranked Alabama is third at 574.
UCLA's Lilia Vu and Bronte Law share the individual lead at 9-under 135, four strokes better than Texas' Sophia Schubert.

Kelli-Anne Katsuda is in 73
rd place at 159 after a second round 76. Junior
Daezsa Tomas is 75
th at 162 while senior
Nichole Cruz is 78
th at 174.
The tournament wraps up on Sunday with the third and final round.
