HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i men's basketball team returns to the road this week to play the Big West Conference's top two teams in UC Davis and UC Irvine. UH opens the trip against UC Irvine on Thursday, Feb. 19 (7:30 p.m. PT, 5:30 p.m. HT) in a regionally televised game on FOX Sports Prime Ticket, then plays league leader UC Davis on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 7:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. HT).
 
The 'Bows (18-9, 6-5) are coming off back-to-back wins for the first time during conference play, having beating both UC Riverside and Cal State Fullerton last week at the Stan Sheriff Center. Thursday's win over the Highlanders saw history made as Roderick Bobbitt set a new all-time record when he recorded his 85^th steal of the season. Bobbitt already owns UH's single-game steals mark when he record 10 steals against UH-Hilo earlier this season.
 
UH enters the weekend as the league's top scoring team averaging 72.3 ppg. Bobbitt leads the nation in total steals (88) and is tops in the Big West averaging 5.7 assists per game.
 
The 'Bows have every reason to feel confident heading into the trip. They handed UC Davis (19-4, 9-1 BWC) its only conference loss, a game in which they led by as many as 26 points. Against the Anteaters (14-10, 7-3 BWC), they rallied from 13 points down in the second half, cutting UCI's lead to one point before falling by six.
