Final ResultsKAILUA-KONA, Hawai'i – The University of Hawai'i women's golf team concluded its fall season with a 12
th place finish at the Pac-12 Preview, Tuesday at the Nanea Golf Club.
The Rainbow Wahine fired a final round 307 to conclude the two-day tournament at 935 (313-315-307).
Washington went wire-to-wire to capture the team championship at 11-under 865. The Huskies were the only team to finish under par as runner-up UCLA finished at even-par 876. UCLA's Alison Lee held off Washington's SooBin Kim by one stroke to take the individual title. Lee shot 1-under 72 to finish the tourney at 10-under 209.
Sophomore
Izzy Leung was UH's top finisher at 231 (73-75-83) after a final round 83 to tie for 34
th place. Sophomore
Raquel Ek posted a solid 1-over 74 to tie for 48
th at 235 (81-80-74).
Also competing for the Rainbow Wahine were sophomore
Kelli-Anne Katsuda (79-80-77=236/51
st), sophomore
Brianna Becker (82-80-77=239/55
th), and freshman
Marie Donnici (80-84-79=243/58
th).
The Rainbow Wahine will open the spring season by competing in the Gold Rush-Long Beach Invitational in Seal Beach, Calif., Feb. 9-10.
