WORLEY, Idaho - The University of Hawai'i women's golf team finished the Circling Raven Collegiate Invitational Tuesday with a final round score of 305. After struggling for the first two rounds (322-323), the Rainbow Wahine picked it up Tuesday, posting the third lowest score of the final round.
Hawai'i finished the tournament 15th overall with a total score of 950 (322-323-305). Ka'ili Britos was the top performer for UH with rounds of 74, 78, and 76. She finished the tournament tied for seven place at 10-over par.
Washington State took the team title after posting final round score of 308 and a total score of 913 (307-298-308) through three rounds. Finishing in a tie for second were San Francisco (310-304-308) and Portland State (307-310-305). San Francisco was awarded second place via tie breaker (fifth score of final round).
Seattle University's Caitlin McCleary took the individual title shooting a total of 216 (70-70-76) finishing 2-over for the tournament.
Hawai'i will tee it off again in two weeks when they compete at the Rose City Collegiate in Aurora, Ore.
