HONOLULU- The University of Hawai'i men's tennis team will return home to face Air Force on Tuesday, March 22 and No. 39 Cal Poly on Saturday, March 26. Both matches will take place at the UH Tennis Complex.
Despite the Warriors 2-8 record, they have been competing in one of the most grueling schedules in program history. Nine of the ten teams they have faced have been nationally ranked, three of which were ranked in the top ten.
In Hawai'i's last match against then No. 8 UCLA,
Leo Rosenberg defeated then No. 99 Clay Thompson, 3-6, 6-3, 6-3, to capture UH's loan point against the Bruins. Rosenberg, who earned WAC Player of the Week honors, earlier this year, has been performing well along with teammate
Jeremy Tweedt, who has won three of his last four singles matches.
