HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i men's basketball team (15-10, 5-7 WAC) begins its final home stand of the season when it hosts Louisiana Tech (12-16, 2-10 WAC) in a key Western Athletic Conference game on Thursday, Feb. 24 at the Stan Sheriff Center. Tip-off is set for approximately 7:30 p.m., following the women's game versus San Jose State at 5:00 p.m. Fans with a men's ticket will be admitted free to the women's game.
The 'Bows, who have won five of its last seven games in league play, can clinch a spot in next month's WAC Tournament with a win over the Bulldogs on Thursday. UH's 56-48 win at Louisiana Tech earlier this year sparked th team's turnaround in league play and ended a 15-game road losing streak.
UH has won six of its last eight games overall, including an 83-69 non-conference road win over UC Davis on Saturday.
Zane Johnson poured in a career-high 32 points and nailed nine three-pointers—one short of the school record—to give the Bows its third road win of the year.
Following its game against Louisiana Tech, the Rainbow Warriors will host New Mexico State in its regular-season home finale on Saturday.

Hiram Thompson will be honored at the conclusion of that game as part of Senior Night festivities.
