HONOLULU – The No.9 University of Hawai'i women's volleyball team will host San Jose State on Saturday in a Western Athletic Conference match. The Rainbow Wahine come in at 14-1 overall and undefeated in the WAC (4-0). SJSU is currently 6-10 overall and 1-3 in conference.
UH enters the match after a pair of sweeps against Nevada and Fresno State this past weekend at the Stan Sherriff Center.
Emily Hartong (.406) and
Brittany Hewitt (.395) rank No.1 and No.2 in the WAC in hitting percentage, and
Mita Uiato is averaging a conference-high 11.31 assists per set.
Hawai'i is 64-4 all-time versus San Jose State.

When: Saturday, Oct. 8 (7:00 p.m.)
Where: Honolulu, O'ahu (Stan Sheriff Center).

Bud Light a sure sign of a good time challenge during the promotional activity between sets 2 and 3. Also, UH Manoa students will receive a free hot dog with chili from 6:00 p.m. until the end of intermission (or while supplies last). The Student Athletic Fee Committee has hot dogs for the first 200 students with a valid UH Manoa student ID. The hot dogs will be located by the statues behind the student section.
