Match Notes
HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i women's volleyball team hosts its final non-conference opponent beginning Friday night for two matches, before Western Athletic Conference play begins next week. UH hosts No. 25 Pepperdine at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday night, the seventh ranked opponent the Rainbow Wahine face during the non-conference schedule.
The Rainbow Wahine moved up two spots in the poll this week, after going 3-0 last weekend, including a sweep of No. 10 Stanford. UH is ranked No. 4 in both the AVCA Coaches Poll and the Volleyball Magazine Poll.

Radio Coverage
ESPN 1420 (1420 AM) will broadcast the UH match against Peppedine on Friday this week, live with Scott Robbs handling the play-by-play. The match can also be heard over the Internet on espn1420am.com. Saturday's match will not be on radio.

Television Coverage
Both UH matches against Pepperdine will be carried live statewide on KFVE – The Home Team (Channell 5) with Jim Leahey handling the play-by-play duties and Chris McLachlin providing color commentary. A live video stream of the broadcast is available online through: www.uhstreaming.oceanic.com.
Ticket Information
Tickets for the tournament are $17 in the lower level, $12 for adults (upper), $10 for senior citizens (upper), $5 for students ages 4-18 (upper). Season-Ticket Holders Receive 50% Off To Volleyball Matches
Season-ticket holders in all UH sports will receive 50% off adult, upper-level tickets (maximum of eight) to the women's volleyball team's matches against Pepperdine on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 18 & 19, at 7:00 p.m. in the Stan Sheriff Center. Tickets must be purchased at the Stan Sheriff Center Box Office and advance purchases are encouraged, since supplies are limited. Other restrictions may apply. Weekend Promotions
Hawaiian Telcom, the match sponsor on Friday, will distribute pompoms at Gate A before the match and award gift bags with multiple prizes to the participants in the promotional activity between games 2 and 3. Bank of Hawaii, the match sponsor on Saturday, will provide “Rally Towels” to the first 1,000 fans and award a $200 gift card to the winner of the promotional activity at intermission. Fans can register for the promotional activities at the sports marketing table at Gate A prior to the matches.
