HONOLULU – The University of Hawai'i Rainbow Warrior basketball team looks to claim the Outrigger Hotels Rainbow Classic title with a nationally televised showdown with Northern Colorado on Monday, Nov. 15. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN with an opening tip of 11:05 p.m. at the Stan Sheriff Center.
The game is the third featured contest in ESPN's Second Annual College Hoops Tip-off Marathon, which features 12 NCAA games during a 24-hour span. The Rainbow Warriors also participated in last year's Tip-off Marathon, toppling Idaho State in overtime. The stakes are higher this year as the 'Bows aim for their 12th all-time Rainbow Classic title and first since 2006.
UH will face a sizzling Bear squad that won handily in its first two games of the tournament, winning by an average margin of 25.0 points. Prior to the UH-Northern Colorado contest, McNeese State will face Southern Utah at 7:30 p.m. All seats for Monday night's games are general admission.

Ticket Information: $10 (Adult) $5 (Senior Citzen and Student 4-18). UH students FREE with valid ID. All seats are general admission. Parking $5.
Promotions: Outrigger Hotels & Resorts will distribute 500 Foam Shaka Hands at Gate A and host the popular “Shoot For Loot” money game at halftime of each UH contest. Also, tournament T-shirts will be tossed into the stands at halftime. One lucky fan will leave with a Vacations Hawaii Trip For Two to Las Vegas. Fans are encouraged to create signs that incorporate the ESPN acronym. The producer of the sign judged to be the “most creative” will receive a Las Vegas trip. The first 100 UH students to enter the arena Monday will receive a gift card for a free one-topping medium pizza from Papa John's Pizza Hawaii. Also, 2,500 dessert certificates will be distributed. All fans can take their ticket stub from Monday's game to Papa John's on Tuesday, Nov. 17, and receive a one-topping medium pizza for just $5.
