Women’s Golf Concludes Stanford Intercollegiate

Final Results

PALO ALTO, Calif. – The University of Hawai'i women's golf team concluded play at the Stanford Intercollegiate, Sunday, at the Stanford Golf Course. The Rainbow Wahine carded a 966 three-round total to earn a 15th place finish in the highly competitive tournament (324-319-323).
 
Top-finisher for UH was senior Corie Hou who tied for 63rd place. Hou finished with a 231 total, shooting rounds of 82, 74, and 75.
 
Also competing for the Rainbow Wahine were junior Brittany Bomar (78-81-78=237/74th), senior Erin Matsuoka (88-77-90=255/79th), and freshman Ka'ili Britos (80-87-90=257/80th).
 
Winning the tournament's team title was leader through all three rounds, Arizona State (273-282-285=840). Winning individually was Jennifer Song of USC who began the day tied for third but captured the title by firing a third-round 67 (67-71-67=205).
 
The Rainbow Wahine return home to close their fall season by hosting the Turtle Bay Resort College Invitational along with the men's team, Nov. 2 through 4, in Kahuku, O'ahu.
