BOULDER, Colo. – The University of Hawai'i women's golf team concluded the Heather Farr Memorial Invitational in 16
th place Tuesday at the Omni Interlocken Resort. Junior
Corie Hou was UH's top finisher, tying for 16
th place individually after firing a final round 77.
Hou, who entered the day in a tie for fifth, shot five-over on the round, and finished the tournament at one-over par 217 (71-69-77). Long Beach State's Kay Hoey captured the individual title with a nine-under 207.
Notre Dame held on to its second round lead and took home the team title with a three-round score of 858. The Rainbow Wahine shot rounds of 307-304-313 for a 924 total.
The Rainbow Wahine will next compete in the Price's Give Um Five Invitational, Oct. 13-15, in Las Cruces, N.M.
