Warriors Remain In 19th After Second Day At John Burns Intercollegiate

Day Two Results

SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, O`ahu - The University of Hawai`i Warrior golf team (298-295=593) stayed in 19th place after the second day of the John Burns Intercollegiate at the Leilehua Golf Course Thursday.

Ryan Perez (70-73=143) continues to be UH's top golfer, coming in at one-under-par, tying for 25th Pierre-Henri Soero (78-71=149) moved up to a tie for 77th place, followed by Cody Wolfenbarger (73-77=150) in a tie for 89th, and Travis Toyama (77-76=153) and Kyle Walters (78-75=153) tied for 99th.

Individually, UH's Cody Pewarchuk (73-78=151), tied for 93rd. Ashton Herriott (78-74=152) is tied for 96th with Chase Bingham (81-79=160) in a tie for 119th.

UNLV remains the tournament-leader at 22-under-par. Brigham Young (-12) is in second, followed by Texas A&M and San Diego State (-7) and Auburn, Denver and Colorado State (-3).

UNLV's Jarred Texter and Auburn's Frank Wrenn IV are tied for the individual lead at 10-under-par. SDSU's Aaron Goldberg and Long Beach State's Michael Drake (-8) are tied for third, followed by Arkansas' Andrew Landry (-7).

The tournament concludes with the final round tomorrow.
