MARINA DEL REY, Calif. - Four University of Hawai`i sailors competed in the PCCSC Men's Singlehanded Championship hosted by UCLA, Sept. 23-24. Mark Spector was the top finisher for the Rainbows in fifth place.

Also sailing in the field of 24 were Mike Scott (8th - pictured left), Ryan Wild (10th) and Andrew Meade (19th). The Hawai`i coed team will participate in its first team event of the fall season when they travel San Francisco for the Stoney Burke Intersectional, Oct. 7-8.
