WAIPAHU - Due to inclement weather, the Hawai'i-San Diego women's tennis match was cancelled, Saturday. Steady rain at the Central Oahu Tennis Complex, forced the cancellation of the 10:00 a.m. scheduled match. No make-up date has been announced.
The teams started the doubles competition with San Diego capturing two of the three matches. But a downpour followed and teams were not able to complete the match. Due to San Diego's flight plans, the coaches decided to cancel the match.
The Rainbow Wahine (7-9), in the midst of a four-match losing streak, return to the court against Boise State, Monday, in a crucial Western Athletic Conference match-up. UH leads the WAC with a 3-0 mark.
